3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded only when we accept your order through an email confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include the statutory VAT plus shipping costs. The payment methods are selectable during the ordering process and may include, for example, bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. The invoice amount is due immediately.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. The delivery time is indicated during the ordering process. Should an item be unavailable, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, offer an alternative or refund the order.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details of the right of withdrawal, including the withdrawal form, can be found in our cancellation policy.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence on our part. For slight negligence, we are only liable for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
9. Data Protection
The collection and processing of your data are carried out in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
10. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence apply.
11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Replacing provisions shall take the place of the invalid clauses.
